The PostQat website provides public information about the project. The site does not include user accounts, contact forms, advertising or third-party analytics.

Cookies and browser tracking

The public PostQat website does not use cookies or similar browser technologies to track visitors. It does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, profiling or visitor identification.

Anonymous traffic statistics

To support GDPR data minimisation, PostQat does not collect visitor metadata. The PostQat host keeps only local, anonymous website activity logs to measure website use and support project reporting. IP addresses, network ports, browser details, referrers and query strings are removed before a log record is written. Requested page paths are also redacted. The remaining record contains the request time, request method, response status, response content type, response size and processing duration. These fields describe website activity and responses, not individual visitors.

An anonymous landing request counts as one visitor. Each successful HTML page request counts as one visit. Repeat requests and automated agents can be counted more than once. The website does not create a persistent visitor identifier and does not distinguish people from automated agents.

The anonymous logs are stored only on the PostQat host and are retained for the duration of the project. KPI reports are private and are not published as part of the website.
